At time of booking a You must be at least 16 years old accompanied by an adult. Can not be pregnant or nursing. Tooth gems can not adhere to any prosthetics. Prosthetics will not change with whitening gel. Cancellations must be made 48hrs before booking. 15 minute grace period any time after that there will be a $15 late fee charge. Returning customers if you forget your cheek retractror there will be a $7.99 charge. Thank you!
